This activity focuses on diverting offending behaviour and changing behaviour towards positive action which includes gaining employment. These courses focus on preventative work to prevent people re-offending by looking at their social and transferable skills, building confidence and motivation and examining how a person's behaviour impacts on society as a whole. Staff are highly experienced in working with individuals who have committed offences and work is done both individually and within peer groups. |
