| Description |
BREAK-THRU provides an intensive 1-1 support service for up to six months to people who are furthest away from the job market due to personal issues which are preventing access to employability services or employment positions. BREAK-THRU supports people who have issues such as poor mental health or drug/alcohol dependencies or have lost hope in reaching their personal goals due to life circumstances. Clients are supported towards a more structured and positive lifestyle as well as towards their employment aspirations through supporting access the Pipeline agencies. 1-1 professional support, professional counselling and complementary therapies & activities are provided. |
