Your Health Practitioner will work with you on a confidential and one to one basis on health matters that are important to you.
What some of our clients have said...
It has been so good talking to someone, realising my abilities. This has helped me to move on. (Louise 26, Dundee)
We focused on what I can do, not being told what I can't do. I felt like a person, not an illness. (Simon 42, Dundee)
Just the fact the service is there is great. Ot has given me a lifeline. (Mike 57, Dundee)
First time I'd been listened to as a person, not just an illness. I now know there is more to life than anti-depressants. I'm now learning to deal with my depression and I'm moving on. (David 51, Dundee)
If you think this service could be of benefit to you, please give the team a call to make an appointment on 01382 434460, or pop in to arrange an appointment at Discover Opportunities Centre, 24 Crichton Street, Dundee.
