Benefits

If you are in receipt of any of the following benefits you may qualify for extra help to get you back into work.

• Job Seekers Allowance: there are a number of intiatives that help recipients of JSA into employment. Please contact your Personal Adviser or check our link to Direct Gov for more information
• Income Support: Jobcentre Plus provides a tailor made service to suit your needs and help you back into work through specialist Personal Advisers.
• Employment Support Allowance / IncapcityBenefit: you have the opportunity to work with a specially trained Personal Adviser who can help you overcome your health issues that may be preventing you from entering employment.

If you have any other queries about your benefits or money issues in general, confidential and free help is available from a number of organisations across the City.

You can meet with specially trained staff within the Discover Opportunities Centre, Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm, or call them on 01382 434493. You can also meet with staff from the Dundee Employability Action Team at venues throughout the ity.
